CASLE's people have made it work for these 30 years. We have a seasoned group of professionals who focus on the integrated delivery of real estate projects. Our company is divided into four main focus groups - Development; Design; Asset Management; and Construction. Supporting all of these groups is an experienced financial and administrative support group.

Mr. Sessions founded CASLE over 30 years ago with Ronald Leathers who retired in 1995. Aside from his duties as the Chief Executive Officer of CASLE, he is the manager of 30 real estate investment entities owning properties in Connecticut & Massachusetts. He has led the development efforts of buildings containing over 1,000,000 sf.
David was part of a group that founded Simsbury Bank & Trust 17 years ago, a publicly traded banking institution headquartered in Simsbury, CT. He currently serves as the Vice-Chairman & Chairman of the Loan Committee. He serves as Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee in the Town of New Hartford where he previously served as Selectman and Chairman of the Board of Finance. He also created and operates a music series to benefit the Beekley Community Library known as the Nights at the Beekley Music Series. David has spent 20 years participating in the CASLE Ski Race team in the CT Industrial Ski Council. (Red Sox)
Mr. Manners joined CASLE over 13 years ago to head up the in house design team. During his tenure, he has participated in a diverse set of projects spanning r & d projects, industrial buildings and medical offices. Linking with his experience as the head of design for New Britain General Hospital, John has designed medical office buildings well in excess of 1 million square feet as well as numerous medical office suites.
John spends a great deal of his free time coaching a number of Canton High School teams. In the fall, he coaches the Junior Varsity soccer team and, in the spring, he leads the Girls Varsity golf team. In the summer, he hauls mulch for his voluminous gardens. (Oriole??)
Mr. von Hoorn joined CASLE over 21 years ago to work with CASLE's original design department head, Andy Smith. His work over that period reflects the wide diversity of CASLE's practice. However over the past 10 years Jim's focus has been on the interior layout of physician practices. He is currently working on the Veterinary Surgical Center (Central Vet) to be located in the CrossRoads Medical Park .
Jim spends a great deal of his free time with his family and on the golf course tuning his game. (Red Sox)
Mr. Mathews joined CASLE over 11 years ago to work with CASLE's original design department head, Andy Smith. His work over that period also reflects the wide diversity of CASLE's practice. However over the past 10 years Tony's focus has been on the interior layout of physician practices. This past year's project was the 14,000 sf layout for an OB-Gyn office at the ECHN complex in South Windsor.
Tony spends a great deal of his free time on the golf course but also in the winter he enjoys ice fishing (when of course there is ice). Coaching his kids teams is also a passion. (Yankee)
The Asset Management Group
John Kulik, Director of Asset Management
Nancy Dooley, Lease Administrator
Mr. Kulik joined CASLE over 6 years ago to head up the in house asset management team. The increasing size of the portfolio under management required a seasoned professional. During his tenure, the size of the portfolio has increased to 35 buildings in excess of 750,000 square feet. Prior to CASLE John had been Director of Facilities Administration for ABB and Director of General Services for the American Red Cross.
John spends a great deal of his free time with his family and enjoys watching and participating in basketball and golf. (Red Sox)
Ms. Dooley joined CASLE last year to maintain the numerous leases managed by CASLE as well as assist the Director of Asset Management. CASLE’s increasing portfolio required an experienced detail-oriented professional to assist in this area. Prior to joining our team, Nancy worked for a private venture capital firm in Litchfield.
Nancy enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as participating in agility, rally and water trials with her PWD. (Red Sox)
The Construction Management Group
Paul Duran, Project Manager
Mr. Duran joined CASLE over 16 years ago as a Project Superintendent. After a number of years in that capacity, Paul elected to move into the head office as a project manager. His projects as a manager have included the Robert E. Morris Company headquarters in Windsor, 3 medical office buildings in the ECHN at Evergreen complex in South Windsor, and the DeQuattro Cancer Center for ECHN in Manchester. He currently is managing the CCMC project in Hartford and the addition to Avon Self Storage.
Paul spends a great deal of his free time enjoying his family and spending time at his summer place in New Hampshire. (Red Sox)
John Burger, Project Manager
Mr. Burger joined CASLE over 10 years ago as a project manager. His projects have included the 5 buildings in the Gateway Medical Office Park in Glastonbury, the Gaylord Wellness Center in North Haven, the Riverfront Community Center in Glastonbury and the MidState Medical Offices in Wallingford. His current project is the Windham Hospital Medical Office Building in Willimantic. He currently is managing the Windham Hospital medical office building in Willamantic.
John spends a great deal of his free time with his family and his dogs. (Red Sox & Yankees)
Scott Jadovich, Project Manager
Mr. Jadovich joined CASLE over 6 years ago as a project manager. His projects have included the Hand Surgery Center for Hartford Hospital in Glastonbury, the Pomeroy Medical Center in Meriden, and the Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center in Avon. He recently finished the Hartford Medical Group Walk-in Center in Avon under incredible schedule limitations. His current project is the CrossRoads Medical Center in North Haven. He currently is managing the CrossRoads Medical Center project.
Scott loves to spend time with his family and at his place in Cape Cod where he can play golf and fish. (Yankee)
