About The CASLE Corporation
CASLE's people have made it work for these 30 years.  We have a seasoned group of professionals who focus on the integrated delivery of real estate projects.  Our company is divided into four main focus groups - Development; Design; Asset Management; and Construction.  Supporting all of these groups is an experienced financial and administrative support group.

Below is a partial listing of our people and their contact information:

Mr. Sessions founded CASLE over 30 years ago with Ronald Leathers who retired in 1995.  Aside from his duties as the Chief Executive Officer of CASLE, he is the manager of 30 real estate investment entities owning properties in Connecticut & Massachusetts.  He has led the development efforts of buildings containing over 1,000,000 sf.

David was part of a group that founded Simsbury Bank & Trust 17 years ago, a publicly traded banking institution headquartered in Simsbury, CT.  He currently serves as the Vice-Chairman & Chairman of the Loan Committee.  He serves as Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee in the Town of New Hartford where he previously served as Selectman and Chairman of the Board of Finance.  He also created and operates a music series to benefit the Beekley Community Library known as the Nights at the Beekley Music Series.  David has spent 20 years participating in the CASLE Ski Race team in the CT Industrial Ski Council.  (Red Sox)

Mr. Mathews joined CASLE over 11 years ago to work with CASLE's original design department head, Andy Smith.  His work over that period also reflects the wide diversity of CASLE's practice.  However over the past 10 years Tony's focus has been on the interior layout of physician practices.  This past year's project was the 14,000 sf layout for an OB-Gyn office at the ECHN complex in South Windsor.
