St. Vincent's Hospital Care Center
3272 Main Street                                                                 Stratford, CT

A 20,000 sf ambulatory care center for this Bridgeport-based hospital. This design/build project will bring a number of hospital functions to the Stratford community.  The Developer owns a number of commercial properties throughout the Stratford market.  The existing building on the site will be demolished to accommodate the new building.  Start - July, 2013  Completion - Fall, 2014.

A 13,000 sf conversion of this former office building to an ambulatory care center featuring primary care services as well as physical therapy.  The buildng has been part of the CASLE-managed portfolio of properties for 25 years.   Completion - Winter, 2013-14.
